CNCO2 Usage Notes:

1. Discover components must be clicked before anything else can be done.
2. The gantry "Home" function must be clicked before an experiment is run.
3. When running an experiment:
	a. All Trays must be used
	b. The total cycle count for each tray must be the same.

Hardware Notes:
1. The USB hub for the temp controllers cannot be a powered hub. 
(Not sure this is the case. Since fixing controller shut-down error, try powering the hub again)


System Commands (run in terminal):
sudo systemctl stop cnco2.service
sudo systemctl start cnco2.service

Trouble Shooting:
- Gantry was not found.
> To try to reconnect the gantry:
1. Make sure it has power (as opposed to just being "on" because of the USB connection).
2. On admin page, stop service
3. Open CuteCom and connect to the gantry at baud rate 115200.
4. Close the connection in CuteCom
5. On admin page, start service
6. Click Discover Components
